Happy Monday!

My makeup for friday night during date night!

Last weekend was fun yet chill.  It started with date night, walking around robson on a chilly night and concluded with KFC lol.  Date night in is sometimes just as fun as heading out!  I still got myself all did even if we were just taking a stroll.  It doesn't hurt to get all dolled up for one night to make an effort!

Friday is our usual date night -- catching up and unwinding all while spending quality time with each other...Usually it's also the only time that I require my bf to dress up in adult clothing! lol.  Tonight however, we disregarded the usual dresscode in place of more casual style to fit our cheap date night --foodcarting!

It happened by chance: Dinner at oakwood

There was once a 'hole in the wall' type resto-lounge in the trendy but quieter part of west 4th --Tatlow's.  From what I remember of the times we had gone, it always seemed busy so imagine my surprise when we were headed there for our usual date night fridays and it was closed!

Fast forward a few years and we were in the neighborhood after my bf picked up hockey gear and decided to check out the restaurant that has replaced our old spot!

It was a nice but somewhat chilly night --dinner at Crave with hun and then off to enjoy the Vancouver Nightlife at our usual spot, Barcelona!

Happy Friday all! What a lovely day today, thought not as warm.  I thought I'd post an outfit that would be an ideal spring/summer date night outfit!

It's so feminine and cute, it's hard not to have your guy fall for you in this!

One last party before the party!

My bf and I had a date night and party'd the night away the eve before Christmas eve.  I love having date nights with my bf...even the rain didn't deter us from having some fun!

Date Night: Oysi!

One of my fave places to go to during date night with my bf is to Oysi Oysi Japanese Restaurant.  Their food is delish!
