Casual Date night :: colorblocking and Food carting!

Friday is our usual date night -- catching up and unwinding all while spending quality time with each other...Usually it's also the only time that I require my bf to dress up in adult clothing! lol.  Tonight however, we disregarded the usual dresscode in place of more casual style to fit our cheap date night --foodcarting!

It's been something we've been wanting to try but with Vancouver rain always dampening it, it wasn't until the sun finally came out days in a row that we found our opportunity.  With the help of the foodcart app that helped us track down where the foodcarts were and what they sold, all that was left was to find the right cart to go to!

Bada Bing -- the philly cheesesteak cart!  (ignore the scantily-clad girls walking by lol).  We ordered a footlong philly cheasesteak and some fries covered in what tasted like thousand island dressing and ketchup! (or what they call, their secret sauce).

I love to dress up, but during the summertime it gets abit hard with the hot weather and stickyness!  I love the combination of blazer and shorts (especially if it's a suit!) to make what would normally look so casual abit more dressy!
