There is only one such time that I would even consider saying the phrase 'cuff me, please!'...
If a $1100 is too much in your mind to pay for a measley leather bracelet (that i think loosely translates into a dog collar bracelet!) as it is in mine, you may want to consider some less pricey alternatives..
